The site operator is responsible for data processing on this website. Contact details can be found in the legal notice of this website.

1.2.2 How do we collect your data?
You provide us with some of the data we collect. This is information you enter in a contact form, for example.

Other data is automatically collected by our computer systems when you visit our website. This is primarily technical information (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of site visit). This data is collected automatically when you view this website.

1.2.3 What do we use your data for?
Some data is collected to ensure the smooth operation of the website. Other data is used to analyze user behavior.

1.2.4 What are your rights concerning your data?

You also have the right to request the rectification or deletion of such data. To do so, or if you have any other questions about data protection, you can write to us at any time at the address given in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

You also have the right, in certain circumstances, to demand that we limit the processing of your personal data. For further details, please consult the data protection policy under the heading “Right to restrict processing”.

1.3 Analysis and third-party tools
Your behavior when visiting this website may be analyzed for statistical purposes. This is made possible in particular by cookies and analysis programs. The analysis of your Internet behavior is generally anonymous.

You may object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find detailed information about these tools and your options for objecting to them in the data protection policy below.

1.4 General and mandatory information
The operators of this site take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection policy.

Different types of personal data are collected when you use this website. Personal data is data that identifies you as an individual. This data protection policy explains what data we collect and why we use it. It also contains the manner and purpose of this procedure.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. e-mail communication) may be subject to security breaches. Consequently, it is not possible to fully protect data against third-party access.

1.4.1 Opposition to your consent to the processing of your data
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Simply inform us by e-mail. The objection does not apply retroactively to data processing.

1.4.2 Right to object to data collection in specific cases and to prospecting
(art. 21 of the RGPD)
If data processing is based on art. 6, par. 1, point e) or f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. You will find the respective legal basis for processing in this data protection policy. Where you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests and rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to art. 21, para. 1 of the RGPD).

When your personal data is processed for prospecting purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such prospecting purposes, including profiling insofar as it is linked to such prospecting. When you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for prospecting purposes (objection pursuant to art. 21, par. 2 of the RGPD)

1.4.3 Right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority
In the event of a breach of the RGPD, victims are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the place where the breach was allegedly committed in Switzerland. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

1.4.4 Right to data portability
You have the right to request that the data we have processed in accordance with your consent or in order to perform a contract be communicated to you or to a third party in a common computer format. If you request that we forward your data directly to another responsible party, we are only obliged to do so if this is technically possible.

1.4.5 Information, deletion and rectification
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain, at any time and free of charge, information on your stored personal data, on its origin and recipient and on the purpose of its processing and, if necessary, a right to rectification or deletion of such data. To do so, or for any other question relating to personal data, you can write to us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

1.4.6 Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do this, you can write to us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. The right to limit processing exists in the following cases:

If you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we store, we generally need time to verify this accuracy. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
If the processing of your personal data has been/is carried out unlawfully, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of the data rather than delete it.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data rather than delete it.
If you have objected to the processing in accordance with art. 21, par. 1 of the RGPD, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it is not yet clear which interests prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for important reasons of public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

1.4.7 Opposition to advertising e-mails
The use of contact data published in the imprint for sending unsolicited advertising and information is hereby prohibited. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of inappropriate sending of advertising information, such as spam.

2 Cookies
Our web pages sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and are virus-free. Cookies are used to make our offer more user-friendly, optimize it and make it secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer’s hard disk by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “transfer cookies”. They are automatically deleted once you leave our site. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are being used, to allow them only on a case-by-case basis, to prohibit the receipt of cookies in some or all cases, and to enable automatic deletion of cookies at the end of each browser session. Disabling cookies may limit the functions of this website.

Cookies that are essential for the execution of electronic transactions or for the provision of specific functions requested by you (e.g. the shopping cart function) are stored in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the RGPD. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies in order to offer optimized and technically error-free services. If a similar consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, point a) of the RGPD; consent may be revoked at any time.

If other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your Internet behavior) are stored, then they are dealt with separately in this data protection policy.

3 Server-log-Files
The provider of this website automatically collects and saves information in server log files that your browser automatically sends to us.

This includes the following information:

browser type and version
operating system used
referrer URL
host name of computer requesting access
server request time
IP address
Such data will not be cross-checked with other data sources.

Data collection is carried out in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the RGPD. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technical error-free presentation and optimization of its website, and to this end server log files must be recorded.

4 Contact form
When you send us requests via the contact form, the information from the form and the contact details provided by you for the processing of this request and for any exchanges that may result from it are stored by us. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, point b) of the GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the efficient processing of requests addressed to us (art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the GDPR) or on your consent (art. 6, par. 1, point a) of the GDPR) insofar as such consent has been requested.

We store the data you enter in the contact form until you request their deletion, object to their storage or the purpose of their storage is no longer valid (e.g. after we have processed your request). Binding legal guidelines, in particular retention periods, remain unchanged.

5 Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are governed by art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the RGPD. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to improve its online offering and advertising. If a similar consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, point a) of the RGPD; consent may be revoked at any time.

5.1 Browser plug-in
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; please note, however, that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website. In addition, you can prevent the recording of data about your use of the website generated by the cookie (including the recording of your IP address) and transmitted to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the Internet browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

5.1.1 Opposition to data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is activated to prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: deactivate Google Analytics.

You can find more information about the processing of user data with Google Analytics in Google’s data protection policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

5.1.2 Shelf life
User and event data stored at Google that is linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user IDs) or advertising identifiers (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising identifiers) is anonymized and deleted after 14 months. For more information, visit https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de

5.2 Order data processing
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully comply with the strict requirements regarding the use of Google Analytics.

5.3 IP address anonymization
We have enabled IP address anonymization on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google in the Member States of the European Union or in other countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will your IP address be transmitted in full to Google’s server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity for website operators. The IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.

5.4 SSL and TLS encryption
This website uses SSL and TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests for information, that you send to the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the URL address in the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and a padlock appears next to it.

Active SSL and TLS encryption prevents third parties from viewing the data you send us.

5.5 Google Web Fonts
This website uses so-called “Web Fonts”, provided by Google, to ensure a uniform display of fonts. Google Fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google’s servers.

5.6 Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps service via an API. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you visit this website for the first time. A direct connection to Google’s servers will only be established if you activate Google Maps yourself (consent pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, point a) GDPR). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google when you visit this website for the first time.

After activation, Google Maps will store your IP address. This information is generally transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer after the activation of Google Maps.

You can find more information about the processing of user data in Google’s data protection policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

5.7 Google Analytics Remarketing
This website uses Google Analytics Remarketing functions in conjunction with other Google Ads and Google DoubleClick functions available on all types of devices. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This function links target advertising groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to Google Ads and Google DoubleClick functions available on all types of device. In this way, interest-based advertising messages personalized according to your usage and browsing behavior on one device (e.g. a cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g. a tablet or computer).

If you have given such consent, Google will link your Internet and application browsing history with your Google Account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be delivered to every device you connect to with your Google account.

To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for advertising available on all types of devices.

You can opt out of Remarketing/Targeting available on all types of devices at any time by deactivating personalized advertising; to do so, follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

The summary of data collected in your Google Account is based solely on your consent, which you can give Google or revoke (art. 6, par. 1, point a) of the GDPR). In the case of data collection procedures that are not cross-referenced in your Google Account (e.g. because you do not have a Google Account or because you have not objected to the cross-referencing), data collection is based on art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the RGPD. The legitimate interest stems from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

You can find more information on data protection conditions in Google’s data protection policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de.

5.8 Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking
This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

In the context of Google Ads, we use what is known as “conversion tracking”. When you click on an ad displayed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is activated. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies are deactivated after 30 days and do not allow user identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website while the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we may detect that the user has clicked on the advertisement and been redirected to that page.

Each Google Ads customer gets a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the different websites of Google Ads customers. The information generated by conversion tracking cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers can see the total number of users who clicked on their ads and were redirected to a page with a conversation tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to participate in this tracking, you can object to its use by simply deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your browser’s options menu. As a result, you are not included in conversion tracking statistics.

The registration of “conversion cookies” and the use of this tracking tool are carried out in accordance with art.

You can find more information about Google Ads and Google conversion tracking in Google’s data protection policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are being used, to allow them only on a case-by-case basis, to prohibit the receipt of cookies in some or all cases, and to enable automatic deletion of cookies at the end of each browser session. Disabling cookies may limit the functions of this website.

6 Processing of customer and contractual data
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the creation, content and modification of the legal relationship (stock data). This is done in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, point b) of the RGPD, which allows data to be processed for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data relating to the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use this service or to charge the user for the use of this service.

The customer data collected is deleted once the order has been fulfilled or at the end of the commercial relationship. Legal retention periods remain unchanged.

7 Right to information, deletion, blocking
You have the right to obtain, at any time and free of charge, information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of its processing, as well as the right to rectify, block or delete such data. To do so, or for any other question relating to personal data, you can write to us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

8 Request by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us to enable us to deal with your request. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with art. 6, par. 1, point b) of the RGPD if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (art. 6, par. 1, point a) of the RGPD) and/or on our legitimate interests (art. 6, par. 1, point f) of the RGPD), as we have a legitimate interest in the efficient processing of requests addressed to us.

We keep the data you have sent us via contact requests until you request their deletion, object to their storage or until the purpose for which the data was stored is no longer valid (e.g. after we have processed your request). Binding legal guidelines, in particular legal retention periods, remain unchanged.
