Early motion detection is achieved using this AJAX MotionProtect Outdoor motion detector, specially designed for outdoor installation with photo detection.
MotionCam Outdoor features two independent PIR sensors, whose signals are analyzed by a two-stage LISA algorithm, and a waterproof photo sensor. As soon as both sensors detect movement, LISA correlates and spectrally analyzes the signals, instantly differentiating between real threats and interference. When MotionСam Outdoor detects motion, LISA analyzes and compares the signal shapes from both sensors in real time. If the shapes are similar, the alarm is triggered. When both sensors detect motion, but correlational analysis fails to identify sufficient similarities, LISA compares the frequency components in the signals from both sensors. Images are then captured and sent to the Ajax application to enable you to remove any doubt.Multiple levels of protection against sabotage
MotionCam Outdoor cannot be deactivated without triggering an alarm, even if the system is disarmed. The detector is equipped with anti-masking sensors that respond if the lens is obstructed, covered or painted.
In less than a minute, the Hub2 or Hub2+ detects the loss of connection with the detector and informs the monitoring center and users of the problem.
As soon as MotionCam Outdoor is dismantled, everyone is informed.
